Dry this morning with sunny spells over west Highlands. Extensive mist and low cloud in north and east of area. Clouds building this afternoon with a few showers, then dry, clearer weather following this evening. Maximum temperature 18 °C.
Tonight:
It will be mainly dry and turning colder during the night with clear periods. Possibly a few light showers in the Northwest by morning. Freshening northwesterly winds. Minimum temperature 8 °C.
Monday:
Dry for most of the day with sunny spells and feeling colder. A few light showers with more persistent rain arriving during the evening. Fresh westerly winds. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Wet, windy on Tuesday morning, then brighter with blustery showers and strong northwest winds in afternoon and also Wednesday. Fewer showers on Thursday but still quite windy. Feeling much colder.
